1、oil select:
When the temperature is up0≧,the n48HM abrasion-resisted hydraulic
pressure oil is
recommended,when the temperature is down0≧,the n32HM abrasion-resisted
hydraulic pressure oil
is recommended,be sure to use only one kind of oil in a turning
system, and the oil should
mot be to hot,otherwise,the seals between the pump and turning
system will be rigidified and
cracked.
2、pipe select;
The pressure-resisted rubber tube is recommended,the rated of
which should be up 13MP.and
the inside diameter should up 10mm.
3、The 25um iol-strainer must be installed inside the sucker
or the oil-can.
4、A test-run is need when a oil pump is mwely installed;
Start up the engine,run at a 600-800rpm for the first 5minutes,then
speedup to 1500-2000rpm.
the steering wheel should be turned smoothly,whenthe oilpump
can't suck oil or make noise,it's
need to remove the air inside the system,until there is no air
bubble,and the oil-can should
be filled.
5、After the first run of 2500Km and every other run of 20000km,it's
need to replace the hydr
aulic pressure oil and the oil-strainer,and the cleanout of
oil-can and pipeline is also needed
6、It's necessary to check the height of oil surface after every
2500km,for sure the oil to
be filled in time when it's lacked.
7、When filling oil,the engine should be running stand-by,then
discharge the bolt of rddirector
,turn the steering wheel to the dead position for several times
to empty all the remain oil,then
fulfill the turning system and keep the oil surface in the oil-can
to the required height.
8、Do not to turn the steering wheel to the dead position for
more than 10continuous second,or
the pump may be damaged.
9、Be sure to deal with the inside of pump and/or the stabiliflow
valve system in a reliable place,
in case not to change the technology data or even cause any
damage to the pump.
